Common questions before you start the trial.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
You sign up at app.mailnurse.io/signup with an email - no credit card. You get full access to everything for fourteen days. At the end you add a card to keep going; if you do nothing the account pauses, no charges, no surprise renewal.
What exactly is a "mailbox", and how is the $3 metered?
A mailbox is one sending account - one Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox you send cold email from. A domain hosting five mailboxes is five mailboxes. We meter the live count across all your workspaces daily, so you only pay for what is actually under management this month.
Do I bring my own Instantly account?
Yes. You connect your existing Instantly v2 API key in Settings → Integrations. Mailnurse orchestrates your Instantly account; it never resells it, marks it up, or shares keys or mailboxes between customers. There is no Instantly setup fee.
What is the $15 per-domain fee?
A one-time charge that only applies when you ask Mailnurse to buy and fully provision a domain for you - register it, wire DNS, create the Workspace tenant, connect Instantly, and start warmup. If you bring your own domains and registrar, there is no per-domain fee at all.
How does billing work?
Monthly via Stripe, metered to your live mailbox count, with one-time domain charges billed as they happen. No long-term contract. You can add or remove mailboxes any time and the next invoice reflects the change.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for the unused remainder. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation, then is hard-deleted.
Where is my data stored, and who can access it?
Customer data is isolated per workspace with row-level security. Access is restricted to Mailnurse engineering and every internal access is logged. We do not sell, share, or train models on customer data. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
